Halloween! – Took the kids out trick or treating. Had a few drinks while winding down and cleaning up after the chaos had ended.

  • Breakfast – 2 Eggs, approved
    Rosemary Ham and Pico De Gallo
  • Black Coffee
  • Lunch – leftover Chicken Stroganoff (meat and sauce only) with Cauliflower Rice and Broccolli
  • Black Coffee
  • Dinner – Slow Cooker Beef Deep, gren peas

  • 2 Vodka Sodas
  • A few mini chocolate bars and a klondike ice cream bar

  • Have tea instead of sweets

A 30 something father of three, trying to get back on the path to better health and I figure going public (even if no one is reading) is the best way to stay true to that goal. Over the past couple of years my priorities have been renovating the house and learning to be a dad. Now, I am hoping that by getting back in to shape I will improve my energy levels, allowing me to accomplish even more.
